As a licensed Realtor, Toi is a Sales Associate at Coldwell Banker Realty, serving Los Angeles, California and all surrounding cities. She is a member of several California Realtor associations, The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, Asian Real Estate Association of America, National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals and the National Commercial Real Estate Association. Further, as a proud member of the FIABCI USA International Real Estate Federation and the ProxioPro Global Real Estate Network, Toi has an international network in over 140 different countries. She utilizes her expansive network to provide leverage in meeting the needs of clientele in property sales and services.

A few of her accomplishments include authoring the popular book Selling Secrets You Can’t Afford to Miss and several other titles dedicated to guiding sellers and buyers through the real estate process.  Toi has a background in real estate investing, consulting, and project management.
